Marriage. 

I spent 22 years on various visas from the companies I worked for, including H1B, but they all failed to even get me a green card.

I'm not saying to get married for it, but it is one of the the fastest paths to GC and then citizenship.

For Indian immigrants, getting into EB1 category for H1B visa or the O1 visa.
