Considering setting a few North Star metrics for First Draft Club

Obviously I want to boost subscriber numbers, but I also want people to be successful. If someone joins and never posts that's a big failure in my eyes

Any ideas for metrics to track?
- % of new subscribers that post on their first week
- % of active subscribers that post each week
- Total posts per month

yeah by "each week" I meant just tracking the overall posting rate, not necessarily counting the people who post every week

off the cohort system now so the denominator is just people who have an active Hypersub membership

so total posts per month captures a topline metric like growth, and the % posting each week is more the "retention" metric (although of course there's actual retention of subscriptions)

total posts per month / total possible posts

total possible posts = # of people x # of weeks the cohort runs

to me, the posting each week might be a better metric for a hard core course like Write of Passage, but for firstdraft it seems like the spirit is "get shit out"
