When you join Farcraft you automatically start receiving a stream of $SPELL tokens (powered by Superfluid), at rate of 1 SPELL per second. For each additional NFT you earn, the stream rate increases by 1 per second. What can SPELLs be used for? Magic, of course (duh). 2/

Farcraft NFT artwork is generated by DALL-E from OpenAI at the time of minting. I have chosen a fantasy-like style, but that could changed based on community feedback. 3/

Farcraft NFTs support `ERC721Votes` from OpenZeppelin. This means that each NFT you hold gives you one vote in a future Farcraft DAO. SPELLs are not used for voting. 4/

Farcrafters will be able to earn NFTs for further the Farcaster community by casting great content and engaging with others. Daily, weekly, and monthly ranking are planned but not yet coded bu @getpurple seems to have done great work with similar metrics, perhaps a collab makes sense? ;) 5/

One issue is that the AI prompt to generate "wizards in purple robes and purple hats" tends to generate mostly old white men with grey beards. Seems like there are multiple approaches for increasing diversity and giving members a means to help generate their desired Avatars. 6/

Roadmap ideas include a web front-end(!), daily/weekly/monthly rankings with NFTs awarded to winners, rewards for inviting folks to FC, creative uses for magic powered by SPELLs, and more. Ideas are very welcome! 7/

Fun fact: Farcraft NFTs are multi-chain, they can be sent between chains. While currently only deployed to Polygon, the plan is to deploy to at least Ethereum mainnet, Optimism, and Arbitrum. 9/

Farcraft is partly an experiment in Account Abstraction, a demonstration of how off-chain actions can trigger on chain transactions with the user sending transaction or signing messages. Personally I think we'll see a lot of this is the near future. 10/
