New for Round 4: Boosts! The odds of getting a rare can change from round to round. In round 4, if you mint a cast at least 69 reactions (likes+recasts) you double your odds. 101 reactions and you triple your odds. 420 reactions and it's 4X. Reactions are counted when you enter the queue, NOT at the time of minting.

Things staying the same for Round 4: casts must be May 4th or newer and have 11+ reactions to mint. Casts already minted in Round 2 are .... already minted.

Not sure if it is intentional, but there seems to be an issue with skipping: I skipped two mints and only one came through, after a few minutes I refreshed and it sadi 'You are in the queue' again.
