Today, if you look at the top 30 customers of L1 gas fees there aren't any L2s - there are dApps and MEV bots. 

Blobs aren't the answer - enough L2 scaling, let's scale the L1.

Does anyone have a detailed explanation of what the XEN Crypto smart contract actually does?
