when you feel low, try these: soak in some sun take a walk eat healthy food work out it makes you feel better most times, and even if it doesnโt, at least you did something about it. life is more about how we react to shit that happens to us, less about what happens to us.

I read a statistic the other day that says humans spend 90% of their lives indoors. Getting out + getting sun is great for the body + mind ๐
