Would love to learn what it means to you being fully human and what happens when you take your seat?

I really love this phrase, my teacher Gil Fronsdal talks about spiritual integrity a lot, and sometimes the idea of spiritual maturity as well

To me, it means an uprightness, taking our seats, being fully human

I would say staying nice and open minded, especially towards those on another path. It is the first principle  that one should never forget.
