Yesterday, I had a body analysis. Currently, my weight is 81.7kg, up 1.7kg from 10 months ago. But, I lost 0.4kg of fat and gained 2kg muscle. While some may expect more progress in 10 months, what matters most is I achieved this without injuries and strict dieting.
