Talk + somatic. When the mind doesn't know what to say, the body sure does.

Sometimes I just put on music and shake it out. My therapist is trained in somatics so we'll often do some body explorations together. Punching pillows, holding my body weight, dancing around until a feeling emerges

Looks like we have a little somatic community here :) 
Do you practice somatic awareness by yourself if you need to rebalance or process ?
