I know I said I wasn’t going to do a Topic of the Day on the weekend, but this cast seems like a good one! What do you do to relax after you’ve had a bad day? I think y’all know what I do—a nice long walk around the neighborhood with a fat blunt as company. What about you?

what I usually do when I have a bad day is to brainstorm and draw and create art and above all a good joint with some music in the cases.

Tbh recently I've just been trying to sit it in, feel the shitty feelings, understand where they're coming from and then taking care of myself and trying to get a decent sleep Bad days come and go! Trying not to fear them so much anymore

I used to drink but that wasn't sustainable lmao. Now i try to go for a bike ride to get rid of extra energy and to sort of rebalance after a tough day. Riding the bike requires just enough physical exertion that I am forced to "let go" of whatever is stressing me out for at least a moment and enjoy the simple "serenity" that comes with rolling down the street.

Bad days are a common thing for me and now I have become used to them, but I always like to stay alone after a bad day, I roam alone in the streets the whole night or sit on the terrace smoking weed and think where I was wrong and what should I do now to make my next day better.

All I do is take a good warm shower ❤️ get a coffee drink or a milky drink, watch movies with my lovely wife and son. Then in the process I try to share the day with her. Just to cool off whatever it is. ☺️

After a bad day, I usually have a "me time" either just sleep for a long time (this works, really takes the bad feeling away when we wake up) or pick a movie / anime / series and binge watch it
