The Power of Building a Strong Network If there is one thing that I’ve learned over and over in life, it’s that you can get farther off who you know than what you know. That might sound trite but it’s been true in my life and those that I know best. Building your network can lead you to career opportunities, side gigs, and chances that you wouldn’t find otherwise. So, how do you build a network in 2024? Personally, I have the most success by combining the internet with the real world. I found my current job by canvassing for clients on a website called warriorforum.com 15+ years ago. Doing good work lead me to go from freelancer to full time employee. I have also had a lot of /success here on Warpcast. I don’t think there is a more friendly environment online for building a strong network. The people and culture have lead me to some incredible connections. So today, let’s talk about networking and how to leverage tools like Warpcast, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

True words, networks are there for a reason. I survived most of my freelance life because of a network of creatives I worked with. It lasted about 15 years, then it began to fade due to time & logistics. Fast forward to the pandemic and and I lost all of my network. That’s what got me started in art. I took that loss of network and tried to create an opportunity. Lastly how do we network in the modern age when starting out? 1. Find a social network you like (here) 2. Beginning having conversation with those you feel a vibe with. 3. Share your work and post things that help others. 4. Collaborate. Thanks @maretus.eth GN!!

Nice! I am really hoping that the rest of the world begins to see the value of this place as much as we have!
