Empanadas is something traditional to my culture as well, different name. Stuffed with whatever we like but mostly coconut

Im from India. But there are hundreds of different cultures and communities here, the one i belong to is Bengali community. Empanadas we call “puli pitha” mostly a sweet made during our sankranti festival. But if other times we make it, then we stuff with whatever we want.
