What the hell is Joe talking about re: pyramid power plants with gas chambers activated by gamma rays?

There is some actual evidence (although very big stretches) that the pyramids were used for something else. 

At the time they were built, the Nile River was essentially right next to it. There is proof that water ran through the bottom into a subterranean chamber where there is evidence of cavitation.

It’s all a bit over my head but my understanding is at least the science is sound but whether or not it’s what actually
