yes i feel you. 

recently my biggest issue that i can't seem to noise cancel what i don't want to hear or see. 

and as active participant i find it hard to distinguish instinct from programming. so many incentives and weaponized human nature at play that im too confused and stressed - not effortless in my execution

what do you find hard? 

for me the hardest part is the pace of the feed. it never stops. feels contrary to how I live & think in the world, artificial in a really obvious way
