2. Everything starts with data: For example, using Pinterest to recognize trends in data
3. Focus on communities, not target groups.
Example: For instance, Walmart leverages Discord to support its efforts on Roblox, creating a dedicated community with 34,000 active members who discuss and nominate experiences and virtual items for Walmart's platform.
