Oh, I am so here for this content! I had a lower back injury earlier this year, completed PT and overall doing well, but still in the process of making back stretches and strengthening a part of my daily routine.

so glad you like it! so glad youre doing better now! 👏🏾 ive had my fair share of injuries too! its motivating to do the rehab exercises when youre in the thick of the injury but its easy to trail off when things get better again a little bit of extra daily work does wonders ☺️
