What's the best name for the cuisine that includes: avocado toast, salads, smoothies, acai bowls, X but with brown rice, X but made vegan... ?

I've been calling it "hipster food" but I wonder if there's a more widespread standard term for it.

This is largely my partner’s diet, and I do call her a hipster because it annoys her, so hipster food checks out. 

If these don’t have meat, I’d blanket these under ‘plant-based’. 

If they have meat/fish, perhaps ‘American healthy’ or ‘wellness food’.
