Idea labs vs Echo chambers. The equivalent of that in social media is quite evident.

I guess a social network in its early days can function as an idea lab, but I wonder when it could potentially pivot and become an echo chamber. Possibly with more number of users. If we can figure that out, can we prevent it from becoming one?

Just came across this book, was thinking of picking it up at some point. Have always found Tim’s ability to synthesize amazing.
