Hey everyone, hope you're all having a fab day! Just wanted to share a little kitchen adventure I had today. I tried making homemade pasta for the first time and, let me tell you, it's way easier than I thought. All you need is some flour, eggs, and a bit of patience. Rolling out the dough was a bit of a workout, but totally worth it. The taste is miles better than store-bought. If you've never tried it, give it a go. You might surprise yourself.
