Agree with your assessment of the rest.
Threads is frustrating because it has the feeling of "the good ol days" of social media right now, but that's because there aren't ads yet and influencers haven't gobbled all engagement.

I believe gifs are supported below a certain file size, but it might require some sort of workaround. I'm not sure, but I know you can't post proper video files.

Lens is actually my favorite of the whole bunch. They just need to make it so you don't have to mess around switching networks on Metamask just to log in.
