I understand this perspective so clearly. 

This is an amazing shot. Does it bring up any emotions for you? I'm feeling more connected to humanity and the cycles of life.

What? are you feeling more connected to humanity? I feel completely the opposite.

When I look at the picture, I imagine the people who built and used those structures and how the world has evolved around it. I imagine in a few hundred years, the things I use will be relics and people will wonder about my generation. 

It makes me feel part of a bigger picture of humanity. 

How do you feel differently?

I can relate to that sense of being part of something bigger, but for me, it often feels less about the people who built it and more about the emotions imprinted in those places. I wonder what dreams, fears, or moments of joy happened there, as if the structures have absorbed the energy of those who passed through.
