This minority stake, to be funded through stablecoins, aligns with Abu Dhabi’s goal to position itself as a cryptocurrency hub and follows previous partnerships to further AI initiatives. Binance, processing about $20 billion in daily transactions, has a considerable presence in the UAE, employing around 1,000 people and possessing a local operating license.
