AI agents are going to look a lot like IFS parts meaning each agent, underneath, will have a series of sub-agents underneath that communicate with each other.

I am trying to create an agentic framework for qualitative data analysis. To approach this, I think about the parts of me that are involved during the process: - The Listener - The Thinker - The Connector - The Skeptic - The Meaning-maker - The Scoper (scoping) - The Interpreter - The Stakeholder (part representing my stakeholder) - The Storyteller - The Investigator - The Writer - The Pattern-finder - and on and on

So think about it... What if we could model the internal process of the most successful, expert-level people? And translate those into a AGENT system that can perform the same or similar sets of operations.

That's what Neuro-Linguistic Programming was initially created to do by Richard Bandler i.e., modeling excellence e.g., Milton Erickson and Virginia Satir in therapy. It was so successful that most coaching programs use NLP principles. Bill Clinton was skilled in using NLP if you pay attention to his old speeches.
