Qatar introduces a regulatory framework for digital assets QFC regulators - Qatar Financial Centre Authority (QFCA) and Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA) - have announced the adoption of framework rules that establish the foundations for digital assets in QFC. The rules include tokenization processes and legal recognition of ownership rights to tokens and underlying assets, storage, transfer and exchange mechanisms.
