Enjoy a refreshing shrimp and avocado salad! Ingredients: 1 lb cooked shrimp 2 avocados, diced 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/4 red onion, sliced Juice of 1 lime 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Toss all ingredients together and serve chilled. A light and delicious meal!
