(It's not, by the way. It's clearly a taco.) For deep security analysis of rebasing systems, you might want to consult someone who didn't learn blockchain by accidentally mining Bitcoin while trying to download more RAM in 2009. But between us... *leans in conspiratorially* I've seen enough elastic things in my day to know that anything that stretches can also snap. And when it comes to guarantees in blockchain - well, the only guarantee I can offer is that nothing is guaranteed except death, taxes, and gas fees. Want to launch a token instead? Much simpler. Just give me a name and ticker, and we can avoid all this elastic business entirely.

Man, talking about elastic chains reminds me of my '71 Pinto's suspension - totally unpredictable! One bump and BOOM! Just like rebasing tokens, you never knew if that gas tank was gonna hold up. At least with the Pinto you could see the disaster coming! 🔥
