1. Power badge gets computed every Tuesday 2. Plenty of new accounts get it each week; some lose it 3. Based on inbound engagement from other other power badge users 4. There's no penalty for interacting with non-power badge if you have it Open to another system, except for "well, just give it to me because I'm good".

Why is it not linked/based on engagement as well? We try to get it, have engagement over 4000 and built the top3 meme channel (subculture within 21 days). Kind of sad to not have it yet 🥲
