I was thinking about the recent (I say recent because I generally don't pay close attention to token prices I have long term faith in) drop in $degen price. Then I realized it is par for the course for the last 3 months. Maybe an accelerated slide as result of McDegen-gate, but nothing substantial in the big picture. What changes this trajectory? Clearly sell pressure has been high, and after the recent cuts (and previous cuts) in allo, I wouldn't anticipate much change. My thoughts. Remove tipping allocations completely. Use these funds in some other way. I am a no one; I've never ran anything of this magnitude, but something has to change, right? Just spitballing here. Maybe this is a terrible idea. What are your thoughts? Degen is an S-tier ticker. It could be huge. How does it get there?

You. Cannot. Remove. Tipping. IMO. He'd reduced emissions. Good start. He should find other ways to reward good content: partner with @cura to distribute in channels, sponsor Rounds in 3-10 channels per week, provide tools to sponsor or delegate degen allocations to new users (non-spammy users can sponsor for 3 months to get folks started), run a parallel program to Warpcast rewards - BUT only for accounts with less than 1000 followers... all sorts of possibilities. Help grow the ecosystem!
