Do you guys have any resources for sleep training a 4 month old? Pediatrician says we can start now. Wondering what’s the best way to start. A friend shared this resource. Thinking of getting it. https://takingcarababies.com/#classes

I’m sleep training my 10 month with this book. The book isn’t written super well, but the concepts are good. Only on day 3 so I’ll have to report back

I followed Taking Cara Babies roughly with our first and really liked it but he was a lot easier than baby number two! Truthfully it was hard to get baby on a schedule that also worked with our toddler and activities he was doing. I'm also much more holistic leaning and sleep training isn't really a thing because it's believed most babies figure it out. Clearly our second baby is not figuring it out 😂 I'll also add that I think the book @chasesommer.eth is following is pretty extreme for the ages it targets. It's hard with our ten month old but I think he's at a better age for it. Personally wouldn't follow this for a baby that's as young as the book suggests because I don't think they're developmentally ready for sleep 12 hours.

Another one that people have mentioned to me before is Moms On Call. I haven't looked too closely but I know a few people who used it and like it. I think it's pretty similar to taking Cara babies
