Great start of the day! Started with bench press for strength and finished with PRing Annie. The last time it was 11 min when I did that at a hotel gym. Even though dubs were a bit broken on that set of 50 and 40 but I still made it.

Today’s workout! I was still sore from yesterday’s wall balls so those lunges were painful. Did some crossover practice with dubs. 53# for those suitcase carry!
