haven't done dips in a long time, they were tough after other chest&shoulder exercises

this is a deload week, so i am doing less volume than usual but keeping mid-high intensity for the most part

i realized last week that i've been writing HIGHER STANDARDS but actually it's supposed to be HIGHER STANDARD.. too late to turn back now 😤
