The challenge is to lift or HIIT training 10 out of the next 14 days. Attest with a link of your workout by casting your Strava (or similar) workout app link on the /higher-athletics channel. If you're really feeling it you are encourage to post pics as well! 

I will be working towards a deck of cards WOD and will post that tomorrow.
