Do a season of Hunger games, like how FBI (Farcaster Builders India) did, each round half of the players get nominated, eliminated and at the end stays 3 players @saxenasaheb has done it so well.

I think it'd be very helpful to identify for people the builders that have impacted them. A mechanism to see who the builder is of the frames they have interacted with, the cast actions they have installed, the NFTs they've minted... Show me those names and I'll click those buttons.

It would be nice to be able to vote for a builder more than once (after a cooldown period and with a max). In addition to rewarding builders who are most passionate, it would allow us to reward builders when they have implemented something new since the last time we voted/nominated. Thx for seeking input. @macedo

love the /build project! but sadly it (like most FC scenecoins) is more effectively rewarding popularity than anything. the "suggested builders w/ <3 noms" was a good start but tell me what they build. to further *builder* discovery: add builder profiles, recent projects, focus on the work, rather than just FC handle.

The new update on Tuesday introduced a reputation-based algorithm that will be implemented for the new "Allocation Exponential Decay" tips distribution on Dune. Those with higher rankings can benefit from up to 6 nominations, while those at the bottom will receive only 1 nomination, or even 0 for bots.

I somehow need a reminder to do this. Wish there was better discovery of who has been nominated and what they do. As much as I hate to say it, some sort of enhanced feed would be nice if people were to nominate via a frame or action that connected to a particular cast.

some ideas that i thought of while using it - enable to line up nominations for the week ahead - share customised casts with pfps of devs - daily email reminder to nominate - allow to explore products that nominated devs are building and follow them - enable to share a self-proposal to nominate me in FC

We need a variety and usefulness metrics. making 20 swap frames != making 20 different game frames idk if making swap frames is building. New idea score. Rarely given out it would be for people who create new dynamics or innovative novel tech. Moving a web2 function to web3 would not deserve this award.

If the purpose is to recognize real builders:

 1- showcase what we build onchain and invite casters to vote (key result, e.g. a frame store) 2- aggregate onchain stats (e.g an onchain activity heat map)

tbh it is tough for devs to balance build and promote themselves for 2. we've built part of the solution

Accounts that are not eligible for token allocation are entered into a pool, later the tokens in the pool are distributed to users depending on the number of streaks. IMO /build @macedo

Builder Showcase: We have art portfolios, we have CVs, we have LinkedIn. We’re sorely missing a good platform to display our past, current and future project. I built my own site (gilalter.com) but it’s much less likely to be viewed than a social type of site to showcase what you’ve built.
