It felt like the people on the leaderboard had a massive advantage because it was easy to pick from there when you needed someone to nominate. Having alternative methods for discovering people to nominate would help spread nominations out more evenly and bring attention to less well known builders

Regarding the distribution, I found it easy to distribute, so no issues there. However, the "Build" aspect itself is quite unclear to me. How can I become a part of the real builders' community? Which actions should be prioritized? Highlighting the expected actions more clearly would be helpful.

Some concepts are not well-defined, so information could be conveyed through an interactive framework for effective communication. I struggled to find the Airdrop button. Questions we ask: What does "committing" mean within the project's context? Clear answers would help us engage effectively.

Would have loved curation leaderboards in categories like creator, fc-devs, evm dev whatever to then also nominate them. also near the end I wasn't nominating as much, because I lost track of who I nominated already and who I didn't
