Those who can't - teach? A lot of good people in consulting roles who just didn't have the right idea/grit for their own project- also a lot of clowns Kind of a coin toss, but there's definitely good people there too :)

I met many consulting companies in sg, some of them have their own devs. My understanding is maybe some project raised money then hire them to do the actual tech work? Tho I don’t understand why those projects don’t build their own dev teams. Maybe they just keep raising for different projects and hire agents lol
