What's the best ultra-simple app for note-taking on your phone?

I just want to click the app and start making a note, then organize it.

Simplenote on Android is pretty decent then, albeit very minimalistic - made by the Wordpress team (no connection to WP at all otherwise), free, good markdown support, etc :)
