What I'd suggest is: reading from and evaluating information sources in a non-personal way even though the war itself is personal to you. Morale portraited in the media and morale on the frontline may not align as perfectly as you'd hope

Been evaluating them for 1.5 years. Also been talking with people who worked in intelligence and military-focused think tanks.

The consensus is that the Russian army's morale is not high. If you have sources that suggest otherwise, please share.

The track record of consensus from the intel community aside. It is not hard to believe that Russian's morale is not high, but what did they say about AFU's morale?
