Really, nobody wants to help. Scammers has made it so difficult for people to genuinely seek for assistance. Below picture is a tumor growing on my abdomen. I've been billed for surgery. I have been asking for assistance but nobody wants to help. Our world is really in shambles. I have availed myself for confirmation.
