Made a very simple Frame that shows a random Chublin. Just keep clicking to see more random Chublins. 

This is pretty easy to do for any NFT project if you have the images stored on a webserver and the IDs are sequential.

Here is the entire code for this Frame, it's a single PHP file. This was inspired by @yougogirl's Scapes Frame :)

With SVG support I would format the Chublins into a frame that fits the specs and then show other information about each Chublin alongside it, like the traits and maybe the address of the holder.
