make sure each major population center has its own client with an exclusive channel.

Dilemma is developers are waiting for more local users and local users are waiting for a client.

imho it just needs to be localized opencast https://github.com/stephancill/opencast w/o overlapping channels. not sure if developers need to wait for more local users, or if local users just need a starting point for guerilla marketing. unless you're saying that warpcast should be the landing page for every farcaster

It’s also very hard to onboard local users considering they have already been used to Web2 social apps. The challenge is bigger than persuading people to use Bitcoin.

it's going to very hard to onboard any users, acclimated to ZIRP, to any subscription app. nonetheless, one can assume that all major population centers have a market segment that is fit for farcaster, even without preliminary marketing quests or paymasters like what @greg built. but those should exist too.

Many developers are just building some side projects on Farcaster protocol so they don’t take it seriously. It doesn’t matter whether their projects can attract more users or not.
