Small update for channel passes

As a host, if you revoke a channel pass for spam or for violating the norms, the channel pass price will now double for that specific user.

Example in next cast...

"I then demand," replied Sissa, "one warp for the first pass revoked, two for the second, and that the number of warps be progressively doubled until the last spammer is banned. Whatever this quantity may be, I ask you to bestow it on me." The king exclaimed that such a recompense would be too little!
