I really struggle with my attention span especially when it comes to academic stuff. I’ve found that reading with music helps me limit the distractions to just one thing. I don’t know if that makes sense? What tricks do you guys use to stay focused?😔

If you actually enjoy/ are interested in what you are reading you won’t be distracted It happens to be but when I’m not interested.
