Man, why is yoga so tough? :)) I thought we'd just sit cross-legged, relax, stretch a bit to feel like weโ€™ve done some exercise. But what actually happened was that I had to twist my arms and legs like an octopus in the most awkward positions possible. Not even after playing football did I feel this sore
