Ah just saw it. That’s pretty cool. Overall not bad you say? How’s the texture and taste? 👀

Taste is good, needs a fair amount of salt though else it's a bit sweet

Texture is great though, def not a filet mignon, more of a mix between pulled pork / ribs 

But very filling and satisfying

Had a cigar afterwards and did not feel like I was missing out

Excellent description. The texture looked exactly how you described it, pulled pork or what I thought was tuna filet.
