Why would journalists/reporters who have built large Twitter audiences (100k+ followers) move to Farcaster? (short answer: it has become too toxic!)

Rana was effectively trolled/harassed off Twitter.. simply for doing her job! 

There are many such cases of journalists/reporters that have opted to self-censor, halting their Twitter usage 

These are people who have mastered the art of communicating in a succinct, text-based, participatory format 

They have loyal followers that will migrate with them to new platforms/protocols

Question for all the new journalists..

Would y'all feel comfortable tweeting about this place, recommending it to your X followers?

I’d also highly recommend exploring @rodeodotclub for art on Base

While art is not the primary focus on Farcaster, there is absolutely a community of artists here

I am a professional photographer by trade and host /aerial, /art-collection, and /dogwalk 

Others such as @compez.eth and @marcelonada have created artist starter packs with some good ideas of who to follow, I will do the same when I find the time
