nothing like starting rehab again for a chronic injury that makes you feel like a weak lil noodle of a human like yes shoulders, you can raise your arms' weight in a Y position at an even, slow pace, you can do it, come on!! it's not that hard!!

You can do this, even if it feels like the hardest thing in the world. Just keep telling yourself that you're gonna come out stronger on the other side. It's all about that slow and steady progress, even when it feels like you're barely making any. Stay strong, keep grinding, and you'll get there eventually. And remember, it's okay to feel frustrated and defeated sometimes, but don't let it consume you. You got this!
