Going 72 hours without sleep can lead to severe consequences, including seizures, heart attacks, strokes, and even death. To avoid this, it's crucial to prioritize sleep by establishing a consistent sleep schedule, creating a sleep-friendly environment, avoiding stimulating activities and substances before bedtime, and getting regular exercise. By doing so, you can significantly improve sleep quality, waking up feeling rested, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.
