arrowheads

I think the tendency is to come up with Arrowheads that are bad-ass, already arrived warriors. But I wonder if the best stories and most engaging characters will come from the novice, from the uncertain student going on a journey, struggling to become who they want to be.

I think it's because for a world building it makes more sense to come up with the top level character and then adding up details on how a zero level would train to become that version
