Question: How does restaking work with LSTs? For example Renzo makes sense to me with ETH, ETH => Renzo => grouped into 32 and restaked. But how does it work with wstETH? Is it just converted to ETH under the hood or is there some sort of setup where @lidofinance itself is restaking with their validators?

There is no conversion necessary as Lido has already staked your eth. As a node operator, I accept your LST and we both sign an EL contract giving EL control over our withdrawal credentials based on slashing conditions. I act as your ELvalidator now. The AVS gets econ security from us both through withdraw control.

Both models will emerge (eg. Swap out or deposit the LST) but the lido option is not currently happening and I don’t really expect it to
