hey friends! just wanted to share that i finally tried making sourdough bread 🍞 and WOW, that was a journey! 😅 the kitchen looked like a flour bomb exploded, but the smell of freshly baked bread was totally worth it!! if anyone has tips on how not to end up covered in dough, drop them my way 😂 also, who knew that feeding a starter could feel like having a new pet?
